US Domestic Shipments Only Flat Rate / Free Flat Rate Shipping Minimum $65.00 purchase to qualify for Free Flat Rate Shipping. Flat Rate is an ESTIMATE of 2 –5 business day –If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Overnight Express, 2-Day, & 3-Day at an additional charge as indicated below. Yumdrop.com uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground as the standard shipping method. Only orders shipping within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or to an APO qualify for Free Shipping. Tracking information is not available for APO/FPO addresses. APO and PO Box shipments must ship using the United States Postal Service. No express service is available to APO/FPO addresses. An email will be sent with your tracking number to the email address you provided in your order.
Guaranteed Delivery Methods All orders received by 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST will ship on the same day Monday thru Friday Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Yumdrop.com’s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters. Guaranteed delivery will be subject to geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular locations. Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address.
Overnight Saturday Delivery Express orders received by 2:30pm PST / 5:30pm EST Friday ship out on the same business day excluding Holidays. UPS is used for all Guaranteed Delivery orders except overnight express packages shipping out on Friday. Overnight deliveries for Saturday are shipped USPS Express. This is done to save our customers the extra service charges applied by UPS for weekend delivery. Not all locations are available for Saturday Delivery. ***Check your area for Saturday delivery eligibility. Click here ***
International Shipments All International orders will ship using UPS International Service. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days, depending on the Country and the size of the town the order is shipping to. This method has proven to be the Best way to insure that your package arrives in a secure and timely manner. Tracking information is provided via email as long as the customer provided a valid email address. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Yumdrop.com is not responsible for these additional charges. If you chose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, Yumdrop will decided to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If Yumdrop chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
