Standard Return and Exchange Policy:

If an item does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item or similar item. Any non-exchange return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All Sale or Clearance merchandise is final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This applies to anything found in the Clearance section of our site.
- YumDrop.com cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, bodystockings, pasties, wigs, and any similar intimate items due to health regulations.
- Returned items must be in their original unworn condition. What is Original Unworn Condition? All items must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached and be in the condition that they were received in order for your return to be processed. Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, have body glitter, smell of smoke or have animal/human hair will be refused.
- All Shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns on shoes that appear to have been worn will be refused. We recommend that you try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid the appearance of wear.
- If you need to return/exchange an item you must contact our Customer Service Department 800-709-8995 within 15 business days of placing your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns packages must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred when sending back any items.
- Please write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and send to:

- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- We do not allow more than one return/exchange per order.
- YumDrop reserves the right to refuse any return.
- YumDrop reserves the right to issue store credit for items on any return.
- Please be aware that the address for returns may be different from the return address on the package you receive. YumDrop.com is not responsible for items returned to any address other than the Returns Department address provided above.
- For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return by insured US Mail or UPS. YumDrop.com is not liable for lost or damaged returns. All return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.
- Returns typically take 1 to 2 days to be processed after they are received in our warehouse. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Customer Return / Refused Packages: If any order is returned to us as Undeliverable or Refused, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the return. If your order is returned to Yumdrop as Undeliverable or Refused and you still wish to receive it, you are responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship it again.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policies:
Halloween Return Policy
- Costumes purchased September 1, 2012 – October 15, 2012 can be returned for Store Credit Only – No Refund or Exchanges.
- All costume purchases during October 15, 2012 – November 5, 2012 are a Final Sale – no exchange, no refund, nor store credit
- Items must be in the original unworn condition as explained above. If you need to return/exchange an item you must contact our Customer Service Department 800-709-8995 within 10 business days of placing your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- If there is no Return Authorization Number (RA#) listed on the package it will be returned to the customer at your expensive.
Valentine’s Day Return and Exchange Policy
- To return an item you must contact our Customer Service Department 800-709-8995 within 5 business days of February 14, 2013 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be in the original unworn condition as explained above. Any non-exchange return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Christmas Return Policy and Exchange Policy
- To return an item you must contact our Customer Service Department 800-709-8995 within 5 business days of January 1, 2013 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
