Return Policy
Our #1 priority is YOU, our customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item for a refund or exchange please call our customer service department at 1-866-986-3767.
To return an item you must contact our customer service department within 20 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorization number.
Yum Drop will NOT accept returns if:
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke.
- Over 20 days have passed from receiving your order.
YumDrop cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, and any similar intimate items due to health regulations.
YumDrop will not accept returns for costume orders between October 15th and November 15th.
All items must be in their original packaging and be in the condition that they were received in order to receive a return authorization number.
All shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.
YumDrop reserves the right to refuse a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
