When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship the same business day using UPS or USPS shipping methods. Unlike other online stores where you can expect to wait days before your order actually ships. As a result Yumdrop cannot hold orders to ship on a later date. 
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery of your order depends on your location in relation to our warehouse. Flat Rate & Ground orders are typically delivered in 2-5 business days. Express orders are delivered the next week day. Flat Rate is an ESTIMATE of 2 –5 business day – Not Guaranteed – Weekend days do not count. Shipping days are business days Monday – Friday. If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer Overnight Express, 2-Day, & 3-Day at an additional charge Monday - Friday.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit card is charged immediately upon placing your order. If your credit card does not have a charge your order was not recieved. If your credit card or debit card will not accept the charges your order will not be processed.
How discrete is the packaging my order will ship in?
Yumdrop merchandise is shipped in very discreet packaging. We use pouches or boxes provided by The United States Postal Service. The return address just gives our physical address no business name. How will I know if an item will fit me?
To find the most accurate sizing it is best that you use the measurements listed on the attached size chart.
Do not go by your jeans or dress size - too much variation between designers.
Measure your bust, waist, and hips - use those measurements to find the best fit on the size chart.
Each item has a size chart attached to it. The attached size charts are tailored to that specific product so you can see exactly how it will fit you. If you have any questions about sizing, please call our customer service department at 800-709-8995.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You sure can! Just call our customer service department at 800-709-8995 for a return authorization number within 5 business days of delivery. All costume orders placed between October 1th and November 10th cannot be returned. YumDrop cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, wigs, bodystockings and any similar intimate item due to health regulations. Be sure to check out our Return Policy for more details on returning items you have purchased.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges?
All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. YumDrop.com will not pay for any return shipping costs or offer refunds based on return shipping costs.

How do I find a specific item?
To search for a specific item, simply enter the item name, stock #, or keywords in to the Search field on the upper left-hand section of every page. To browse, use the directory tabs on the top of each page. You may also use the Site Map link located in the bottom section of each page.

Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read in its travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note: Email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. How do I place an order?
Online Orders:
Click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To Add an item to your order, type the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity box and click the Add to Cart button. You will notice a dark bar alerting you that the item was successfully placed in your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, (1) Click the Check Out button located at the bottom of the cart page. This will begin your checkout. Here you can sign in if you already have an account with us, or you can proceed to checkout as a guest. You will then complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion, just click Place Order and you're finished. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, which you may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent automatically. If you experience any problems during the checkout process contact us immediately!
