When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Once your order has been processed, we will ship it directly to you via the shipping service you selected during checkout!

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery of your order depends on your location in relation to our warehouse. Ground orders are typically delivered in 2-4 business days. Express orders are delivered in 1-2 business days. All delivery times are in business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by YumDrop.

When will I be charged for my order?

Customers paying by credit card will not be charged for their order until items are shipped from our warehouse. Customers paying directly through PayPal may be charged up front for their order. If you see a charge from YumDrop on your credit card statement prior to your order shipping, be aware that this is probably a credit card auhtorization and not an actual charge.

How discrete is the packaging my order will ship in?

All of our orders ship out in plain brown or white boxes or United States Postal Service boxes with no mention of the types of products that are in the box itself. Our company name and address will only appear on the label on the outside of the box. Rest assured that YumDrop.com ships your order as discretely as possible!

How will I know if an item will fit me?

All of our products have a size chart on the more info page for that product. These size charts are tailored to that specific product so you can see exactly how it will fit you. If you have any questions about sizing, please call our customer service department at 508-459-9177.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You sure can! Just call our customer service department at 508-459-9177 for a return authorization number. All costume orders placed between October 15th and November 15th cannot be returned. YumDrop cannot accept returns on panties, thongs, g-strings, and any similar intimate item due to health regulations. Be sure to check out our Return Policy for more details on returning items you have purchased.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges?

All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. YumDrop.com will not pay for any return shipping costs or offer refunds based on return shipping costs.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks, money orders, and bank checks are accepted for mail in orders only.

Is the information I give you secure?

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read in its travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note: Email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. How do I place an order?

Online Orders:

Click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To Add an item to your order, type the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity box and click the Add to Cart button. You will notice a dark bar alerting you that the item was successfully placed in your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, (1) Click the Check Out button located at the bottom of the cart page. This will begin your checkout. Here you can sign in if you already have an account with us, or you can proceed to checkout as a guest. You will then complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion, just click Place Order and you're finished. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, which you may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent automatically. If you experience any problems during the checkout process contact us immediately!
